Interaction Design
Lack of trust is among the top reasons for customers not purchasing from the Internet. A study by Stanford University found that the top 2 aspects of building online trust are a professionally designed site and the content arranged in a way that made sense to the users.
Interaction design is the process of designing the actual flow, functionality and overall look and feel of the web site or application.
It's important to understand how and where your users expect to find the information they are seeking. Does your web site accurately portray your brands values?
Tasks can include

- Interaction models
- Site maps (identifying navigation patterns and labels)
- Wireframes
- Visual design: creative concept, visual direction, and branding strategy
- Prototypes (validate the accuracy of the site structure and visual design)
